What’s this?
A feeling I can’t explain
An energy
An uplifting
An idea
Something to live for
Could it be?

I’m Moving • Seeking • Reaching • Open • Receiving • Lifting • Warming • Curious

It’s a connection
A knowing
Unlike anything I’ve ever “known” before
It’s an escape
from modern “life”
It’s seeing
It’s trusting
I’m ready
This is it
Holy shit, are we doing this?

I’m Expansive • Fulfilled • Empowered • Connected • Centred • Light • Flowing • Peaceful

I’m here now
Life makes sense now
I am one with spirit
Because spirit is me
My potential is limitless
I can be whoever
I want to be
In fact, I already am
I’ve learned now to trust it

I’m brave enough to be me
Perhaps for the first time
As I set my spirit free

I AM ME.
I AM FREE.
